The story
The Brutal Transmitter is a hand-painted stick incense burner inspired by Brutalist architecture, Cold War-era communication technology, and the post-punk transmissions of Joy Division. Referencing both concrete radio towers and ancient smoke signals, it transforms drifting incense into a quiet atmospheric broadcast.

“The education of T. Everett was marked by a continual push and pull with his instructors, frequently veering away from the confines of formal study toward long periods of fiercely independent learning; indeed, it would appear that his practice was forged as much in resistance to those ideas he found intolerable as in alliance to those with which he deeply resonated.”
