The story
The Spacecraft Obscura lamp by Megan Macdonald sits elegantly on a tapered ceramic cone base — a form that perhaps recalls the thruster nozzle of a retro-futurist spacecraft. Hand built and wheel thrown, the clean white diffuser brings a sense of minimal presents amplifying the subtle movement in the glossy glaze. This modern lighting object lamp feels poised for departure.
